The responsibility of the animals in our care is our highest of priorities.  The position provides daily care of animals within assigned team, including food preparation, feeding, monitoring diets, watering, enrichment, animal behavior assessments, observing medical and behavioral changes, and behavioral stimulation and may assist with medical treatment as prescribed by our veterinarian.  Another job responsibility is cleaning and maintaining animal exhibit areas and disinfect animal enclosures along with maintenance as needed.  An additional important aspect is communicating with other animal care staff, so key is the maintenance of daily and monthly records on all animals. Safari Landscape Supervisor

Looking for a position that provides the opportunity to ensure the experiences for our guests are wildly adventurous, along with helping maintain the safety and health of the species that call Natural Bridge Wildlife Ranch home?  Safari Rangers patrol the Safari Drive-Thru and Walk-A-Bout, all the while maintain the overall cleanliness of animal facilities and guest areas.  An example of duties would include:  General grounds maintenance, mowing, waste removal, and watering landscape.  An interest in all the species that find NBWR as a safe home away from home is a must.  Safari Rangers interact with guest all throughout the Safari Drive-Thru with a variety of questions.  Those with an elevated interest in sharing and educating our guests can be promoted to a cross-trained position as a SAFARI ADVENTURES TOUR GUIDE.  Come join us today!  Your first step is to click the APPLY NOW link to the application.

Safari Guide Qualifying Position 

Safari Ranger Staff

Hundreds of acres that provide home to hundreds of animals, representing over 40 species from all over the world, creates for a lot of work to maintain not only the health of the animals but also the maintenance and cleanliness of their environment.  Diet distribution, fencing maintenance, animal health care and observation are vitally important for this position.  All the while helping connect visitors to our mission to the upmost level of care we provide, as our visitors are a huge component to providing support for that mission.  With that, the maintenance of visitor facilities and supporting visitor services are also key to this position.  This would include landscaping, traffic control and grounds maintenance.  Most Safari Ranch Hand Staff are full-time, but it is not a requirement.  Advanced skills are a plus, including heavy machinery operation experience, welding skills, ranching experience, woodworking experience, electrical experience and/or plumbing experience.  Come join us today!  Your first step is to click the APPLY NOW link to the application.
